Get the resource by resource abbreviation

Parameters:

abbr - resource abbreviation

Returns:

instance of ResourceValue

Throws:

ResourceNotFoundException - when resource with the given abbreviation does not exist

nextSequenceNumber

public static int nextSequenceNumber()

Get next resource identifier

Returns:

next integer value. Sequencer starts with 1.
